Andreas Varro exhibits "Screen Time" at Corporeality in Paris

Photographer Andreas Varro exhibits his work "Screen Time" at the Corporeality exhibition at Bastille Design Center in Paris - alongside renowned names like David Lynch and Christopher Makos.

The exhibition "Corporeality" at the Bastille Design Center in Paris explores the changing role of the human body in the digital era, from early photography to today's digital media.

Among the exhibitors, we find the Swedish photographer Andreas Varro who exhibits his work Screen Time. Screen Time is one of Varro's favorite images - a picture that balances beauty and despair and raises the question of how children are drawn into the superficiality of adult life.

- Technology is a constant balancing act between good and evil. I am very happy to be able to come out on the international scene and especially proud that 'Screen Time', one of my favorite images, was curated," says Andreas Varro.

Varro's work highlights how humans are affected by social media, and questions the impact of technology on children's development and thus how the adults of the future are influenced by technology.

The exhibition takes place from November 8-11, 2024 at the Bastille Design Center in Paris and is organized concurrently with the Paris Photo Fair, exploring how the human body has been depicted through the evolution of art and technology.

The exhibition is organized by Art-Icon, a cultural organization based in Milan and Paris that works to promote contemporary art and photography internationally.
