Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards 2024, Overall Winner "Stuck Squirrel"

Compete in the Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards 2025

Nikon continues its competition with funny animal photos, aimed at supporting conservation.

Nikon now announces that their photography competition, the Comedy Wildlife Awards, is back and open for submissions of humorous animal photos from around the world.

On the prize table, we find, among other things, Nikon Z50 II and Nikon Z6 III cameras. Finalists also have the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime safari in Maasai Mara in Kenya with Alex Walker’s Serian.

Insects Award 2024.

This year's jury consists of three Nikon Creators, Cameron Whitnall, Lara Jackson, and Roxy Furman, who, together with Charlotte Kemsley, regional manager for Nikon in Northern Europe, TV presenter Kate Humble, actor and comedian Hugh Dennis, nature photographers Daisy Gilardini and Will Burrard-Lucas, wildlife expert Will Travers OBE, Affinity Photos CEO Ashley Hewson, and conservationist Bella Lack - will find the winning images.

Spectrum Photo Birds Award 2024.

The competition is free to enter and open for entries until June 30, 2025. A shortlist will be presented in October, and the winners will be announced sometime in November or December.

The Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards also support the Whitley Fund for Nature (WFN), a British charity that has empowered conservationists in the global south for over 30 years. During this time, WFN has invested 23 million pounds in over 200 conservationists in 90 countries, and Nikon is honored to highlight their amazing work through this competition.
