OM System OM-1 & OM-1 Mark II: new features with new firmware
Among other improvements, the algorithms for handheld high-resolution shooting mode have been enhanced.
OM System improves the features and autofocus of the OM-1 models and the successor OM-1 Mark II.
OM-1 Firmware Version 1.7:
- Improved AF performance in All-Target Mode in S-AF and C-AF. Optimized focus position setting when the AF area is set to all targets.
- The delete button can now be used as a shortcut to access the menu, enabling easier handling with the right hand.
- Improved handheld high-resolution image: Enhanced composition algorithm for handheld high-resolution image.
- Improved stability for certain functions.
OM-1 Mark II Firmware Version 1.2:
